Community Health Network, in partnership with Community Clinic at Walgreens, will once again be offering sports physicals at a discounted rate of $30.00. These services will be available at all Community Clinic at Walgreens locations. This discounted rate is available during July 6, 2026, through July 19, 2026. An appointment must be made.
