Mass Physical Night @ HSE HIGH SCHOOL

ALL CURRENT IHSAA PHYSICALS ON FILE WILL EXPIRE ON JUNE 1ST, 2026 (spring sports are good until the end of the 2026 season). All athletes must upload a new physical to their Final Forms account. Physicals must be dated on or after April 1, 2026 to participate in any workouts over the summer or during the '26-'27 school year. FinalForms registration for '26-'27 will open on May 1st. HSE High School will host their annual IHSAA Physical Night on May 6th in the HSE HS Main Varsity Gym. This event is made possible by Community Health Network. Important information to know about Physical Night......... Tickets will go on sale @hseathletics.com on April 13th at 8am. You must have an appointment scheduled to participate. Walk-Ins are not allowed. This night is for all '26-'27 HIJH or HSE HS student-athletes. Cost of physical- $25 + GoFan service fee, paid in full when making the appointment through the GoFan link. Appointment times begin at 6:00pm and continue every 15 minutes until 7:45pm. Space is limited so PLEASE make your appointment early and PLEASE show up 10 minutes before our scheduled time to get in line. All athletes must be registered in Final Forms for the 2026-27 school year.
